Daily healthy choices lead to an overall healthy life. 

This includes first and foremost our food choices, as this will provide the core ingredients to both heal and fuel your body.  I am so excited to be a part of a new health movement which is bringing cognizance to our nation's health and food crisis.  Our food and soils are toxic, and awareness is the key to bringing about much needed change.

 I acknowledge healing is a personal journey, and respectfully we are all finding our own way "up the mountain", at our own pace.

I believe life is such a short and precious gift.  It is my deepest desire to help you feel your best, live chronically well, and rediscover your inner glow. When we shine, we encourage others to shine, and so it goes!
